Our items are Bespoke and made to order, the final project cost is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Should a return be granted under special circumstances agreed with ourselves, then you the customer will need to cover all shipping costs involved for a safe return with all original packaging.

If returning any goods please retain your proof of delivery as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of dispatch.Also please email if you are returning any item, so we know approx time for return.
If your item is broken or faulty on delivery then a full refund will be offered. wild lampshades deigns will be responsible for organising the return courier details. If the item can be repaired then this service will also be offered.
Wild Lampshade Designs uses there own postal company and cannot accept responsibility for damage in transit should the client wish to use another delivery method.
If purchased on our outlet collection of seconds, shop used or sample section, we offer a 14 day return policy from purchase. Items can be returned at the customers expense by recorded delivery, please return in its original packaging.
